So Yeah It's Been A While

Well everyone thanks for dropping by to see what I'm up to xx

Not going to mention the obvious let's leave that elephant standing for now x

Worklife has had to go through some massive changes so I shall be engaging much more on cam and uploading lots of my fun frolics from the past I have here stored on many memory sticks, most of them belong to you lot lol x

Any suggestions for stuff you would like to see please let me know xx

I'm keeping my chin up focusing on all the travel I am going to do soon x

Boob Op!!!!

Well As some of you know already I was awaiting some results to see if I needed a preventative double mastectomy and also my ovaries removed due to having a genetic fault which causes cancer. The same thing Angelina Jolie has recently been in the news for.

Yesterday I found out I do have the gene so will have to have my little natural boobs removed and have reconstructive surgery!! I know we have all loved the little bits I had for so long and I had never wanted a boob job but as I have no choice.....

It will however be a 9 - 12 month process as there is apparently "strict protocol" regarding the breast surgery and the ovaries will be sooner. I will be taking time off in a few months for one lot of surgery and again in about 9 months.

I don't see this as a negative and would encourage any other ladies who have a family history to get the test and if necessary preventative surgery. It is positive that I can drastically reduce my chances of developing cancer.

Do you think I should "go large" on my reconstruction?? Maybe not lol... Does anyone know how small are the smallest they'll reconstruct!!!

I have a new addiction......

....it's Twitter - I'm loving Twitter!

Tweeting I must remind myself not twatting!!!
It's a whole new world of people to chat to and I'm finding it really good for keeping in touch with people in a more rapid fashion than is usual for me!

It's also really easy - I did my own little design thing with my pics and stuff and am getting used to all the little Twitterisms.

I'm also getting a bit starstruck when girls like Amica Bentley and April Kaye are tweeting to me, check out kinkydirtybitch - she is gloriously fit.

Yes guy's am keeping up the BodyPump - booked in again for next week and although I've not managed to get in the gym this week I have been working out at home, getting flushed and slightly perspiring, just a little breathless.......

Why does everything end up with me thinking about sex????

Rude Nuru and Slippy SoapSuds

Well I had a lovely time last week on my little visit to Northampton.

I was very impressed by the facilities at Soft Touch and the friendly staff and customers made me feel more than welcome.

Now let me tell you about this fantastic soap suds massage a lovely gentleman gave me. I lay on my front while he rubbed me all over with lovely warm just right water, he tentatively slipped fingers here and there and spent quite a time massaging my little feet.

I turned over and he did the same to my front.....

I felt like I was floating on my way out of the wetroom, absolutely a divine experience and one I can't wait to repeat x Will be back at the end of the month waiting to Rudely Nuru all over you xxx

Body Pumping!!!!

Well I thought it time I started to get back in the gym and have been meaning to for ages so today is the day!!!! I'm off to Body Pump class this morning and have no idea what to expect!! Its so long since I did any real exercise I might only last ten mins. Well whatever I hope you guys will be appreciating a new firmness to The Rudeness xx

I woke up sooo early like half two and now am stressing about clothes for the gym, will have to get to TK Maxx early.

I have a very sexy girlfriend dragging me along so I'm sure if she stands in front of me and I can watch her bottom bobbing up and down it will spur me on LOL x

Hope the gym instructor is a fit young guy with his top off that may help too.

How many cups of coffee do you think would be advisable to drink between now and 10.30?? I reckon I'll slip off to the loo if I need a breather to save face. Don't worry guys I won't post any pics of me red faced and sweating....... then again you might like that

Hols Post Hols Blues

Well, just returned from a wonderful, rejuvenating two week holiday in Tenerife! It was fantastic. I have a lovely tan but have been struggling to get cream rubbed into my back......don't suppose you know anyone who can help!!

I eat at the most fantastic, authentic Italian restaurant when i'm there, i have yet to eat anywhere as consistently top drawer with their food. Consequently i've put some lovely weight on and am feeling quite curvy at the moment which i like.

I'm looking into my next holiday now, please mail me with your suggestions. Must be hot! Must have plenty of stuff to do for kids. Most importantly - great places to eat xx
