March madness
March has been full of excitement and variety, which is exactly what I love to have in my life. This year I've really thrown myself into a few trips away new experiences meeting new people, as well as some fabulous times with those I'm more familiar with. Back home I've also had a great mix of encounters, of differing lengths in a variety of locations - some familiar, some new discoveries.

I've also had a few challenge around a yearly road closure which starts each January, and finishes for the Easter Break. The detour is one which could be described at extremely 'scenic' with an emphasis on extreme, of course during hours of darkness the scenery can't be appreciated, especially if thick fog also decides to descend. As a result I've decided to adopt a signature line of 'Often daunted, never stopped' due to a few very hairy moments.

I will be so glad when the '3 year' gas main replacement plan is finally completed!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
Tuning into the R6 Music New Year's Eve party I'm definitely in a celebratory mood. November and December have been a great couple of months, 2 photo shoots one of which involved re-engaging with a photographer I'd not visited for a while. My first shoots with this particular TOG helped me discover the subtle glamour which has firmly become my style, I always come away feeling inspired and it was long past time that I booked her again. The confidence and inspiration from the quite directive glamour shoot, really helped me the following week with a much less directive fresher photographer. Packing, travelling too and from both photographers does take up best part of a day, then of course I have my ever continuing training to fit in along with my diet - it's not as easy as flinging a spare pair of knickers and a Mars Bar into a bag, but definitely worth the effort in many ways.

I really like to have fresh shots to upload to my profile and was so pleased with both shoots, I'm already booking another shoot from both in the first quarter of 2019.

I got there!
A few of you might know I take part in bodybuilding, and have done for a fair few years. This year I've gotten myself into better condition than ever.

Sometimes I am asked "How do you avoid gaining too much muscle?", the truth is that for the majority of women muscle gain is incredibly difficult. Anyone who gets 'big' is either using hormonal drugs, the muscle is fat OR in a few cases the person is incredibly genetically gifted. I'm particularly good at getting lean, and that's what I do - when I'm in contest shape I weigh around 50kg and more or less a dress size six. When I'm fully clothed most people don't believe I'm a bodybuilder, when undressed they see a little more, if I flex then it does all pop out - but that's not something I do unannounced.

So that's a bit about me, and what I do.

Tights and stockings
Recently I've enjoyed discovering the variety and quality of stockings made by Trasparenze and Woolford. For a few years I have bought and worn plain Trasparenze which I was able to obtain at a reasonable price. Other products by both brands are usually very expensive, however I spotted a couple of opportunities to buy some at a heavily discounted price so jumped at the chance to try some of their more exciting designs. I now have a selection of patterned tights, and stockings by both brands which you will spot in my some of my photos.

I can't promise to always have the T or Ws available, but I do look forward to wearing more of them when I can. Of course if you wish to buy some for me to wear for your booking, or spot a pair you particularly like do let me know and if I like them I may be able to find a pair to wear.

Slightly muscular
I've decided to describe myself as lightly muscled, the sport I train for requires a combination of muscle, grace and low bodyfat. After many years of training hard and constantly working on my diet, I am now proud to say I have developed some noticeable muscles which I'm very proud of. I'm still compact and fairly small, infact my dress size is the smallest I've ever been, but I do have a few lumps on my shoulders, arms and my abdominal muscles are visible if you look closely. Having been someone who struggled for a long time with my weight, food and in the past alcohol I'm really proud to have been able to do this.

I'm also not a gym bunny, yes some of my training is gym based but whenever I can I like to walk, jog and swim outdoors as well as practice yoga a couple of times a week. The joys of leaping in rivers and lakes without any protection has been something I've only been doing for short while. It's teaching me to appreciate the beautiful surroundings in which I live, as well as providing me with many health benefits. Not only improving circulation, immune system, and boosting energy levels, it also helps my body recover and adapt to the physical training I am doing. So far I've had some amazing experiences, and over come a lot of my fears which has brought me much joy as well as improve my confidence throughout my life.

When you book me you aren't getting someone who sits in watching TV, or reading fashion magazines. I am a woman with many passions, and who likes to think outside the box - quite literally!

What's going on?
I'm now at my 'peak' off season weight reaching 55kg and as big as a dress size 10. Food intake is now being reduced so I can lean up in preparation for an event at the end of summer. In previous years I've had a lot of weight to lose this year, as the result of stricter attention to diet I've minimised the rebound so I could start from a much better position.

Over winter I've updated my galleries a couple of times each month, sometimes as frequently as weekly and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Mad March
March is turning out to be a really exciting month, I have so much lined up in all areas of my life.

This year I discovered Yoga for the first time, and have discovered it's the perfect match for my other training. Yoga has also introduced me to cold water therapy, I'm very intolerant to the cold so I saw this both as something which may help me as well as become a challenge for me. I started to read about benefits and techniques for cold showering, and cold bathing which led me to hear about Wim Hof. Wim Hof specialises in the use of mind-over-matter techniques, and I'm now aiming to take part in an outdoor Wim Hof style cold water immersion. Because of my poor cold tolerance, and previous experience of hypothermia this is the last thing I'd ever have expected myself to become involved with. For me it's an example of how pushing yourself slightly outside of your comfort zone, can bring great physical and psychological benefits.

Just in case you are wondering cold showers are not part of an Escort booking with me. I like to be warm and cosy for sex whether it's at your place or mine.

At the end of March I'm taking a break, during which I've decided to be 'non-contactable'. This is unusual for me because as you may already know I'm very responsive most of the time. Flying by
January the first month of the year has just flown by in a flurry of experiences. Firstly I saw the new year in locally, had a great time going out to a small intimate nightclub where I could dance for a couple of hours.

Next up was a cookery course and an introduction to yoga. The cookery was to try and get me to engage with food a little more, it was mostly demonstrative with a small amount of involvement. I don't think I'll ever doing the fancy stuff, certainly not if it involves that quantity of wine, but I do feel I have a little more appreciation of what goes into restaurant food. It's also motivated me to actually prepare my own chopped onions and peppers for inclusion in my eggs and oats, instead of dipping my hand into a bag of frozen.

The yoga has been a complete revelation, although not a total surprise given my movement through various martial arts and recent interest in meditation. I found the yoga very relaxing and warming, a bit like being in a lovely cocoon. I've also started practicing cold water therapy which was recommended on the course. I am very sensitive to cold and so my ears pricked up when the use of cold water to invigorate was mentioned. This isn't about jumping in freezing lakes, or giving myself a heart attack. It is about gradual introduction to a cold shower one body part at a time combined with massage, followed by a swift exit into a warm towel and immediately getting fully dressed. In 3 weeks I've managed to work up from a foot, to legs, arms and a couple of careful full body immersions. Carried out properly it's exciting and exhilarating.

My training has been going well, the amount of food in diet has been slowly increased with the aim of helping my body adjust and metabolism increase whilst staying fairly lean. My strength is coming back in the gym, and I'm injury free which is fantastic.

Last week I visited Manchester for a few days, during which I managed to get to the Science Museum, attend a conference and had a booking with a client who had been waiting to see me for a long time. A few people have asked me will I return to Manchester?I'm not a tourer as such because touring doesn't work with my lifestyle, however since returning to the south lakes, something has come to my attention which will bring me to Manchester at the beginning of June. I am now looking into potentially offering a booking or two around the event, and will be taking expressions of interest for bookings. Before making contact please do bear in mind unless we have an established pattern, I always require a deposit to be paid and a phone call from a non-withheld number. Whilst in Manchester I also had a photoshoot with Phil, unfortunately Phil has injured himself partway through sorting out the 600 photos he took of me. Just before his accident he had sent me a few so I've popped those onto my profile. Hopefully when he recovers I'll then be able to post more.

That's all for now because I need to get on with final corrections to an essay I'm doing. I'm in the final stages of acquiring a very specialist qualification, in a subject very close to my heart. It's something I've been working at for well over 12 months, closer to 18 and have invested time, effort and money into. It'll be strange when it's completed and I can start putting it into practice.

Excited for the New Year
The festive season is in full swing, and I'm having a whale of a time.

During the last few weeks I've had some great bookings, and another few to come before the end of the year. Christmas eve was especially fabulous, I managed to fit in so many bits of my life into that day it was great. Training, Escort booking, bit of my own spiritual life, time with someone in my personal life, all topped off with a night of dancing to a rock DJ. I also almost had my very own first Christmas Day booking, but that will now have to wait until Christmas 2018.

The week prior to this I travelled all the way to Leeds to take part in a December 17th International Day to End Violence Towards Sex Workers meeting and demo. At first I was a little bit apprehensive, especially considering the 2.5 hour drive over the pennines which were atmospherically stunning. In the end it was definitely worth the trip, we marched into Leeds city centre each holding a red umbrella, then sang doctored carols which left Christmas shoppers looking a little bemused. On the way home I popped into a friend's gym for a great training session. Back home training facilities are limited, so it was great to try out some specialised equipment and certainly motivational.

On the training front I have maintained my small, lean figure very well currently sitting only 2.5lbs (1kg) above competition weight, oh did I mention I competed internationally this year - achieving a life long ambition. I've really enjoyed the different approach this year, and I am loving maintaining my athletic figure. I've recently bought a few more size 8 clothes in the sales both before and after Christmas. Even with the muscle gain I'm aiming for in 2018, I'm going to be staying very small and trim for the foreseeable future.

I've a few things coming up this week, at least another night out before New Year and a few trips away planned in January.

Lean and ripped
Wow I'm now at the leanest and smallest I've ever been. I know a few of you have asked in the past for me to let you know when I'm lean and ripped, so now is the time.

I've popped up a few photos of me in my workout wear, I'll be in this sort of shape for at least the next 4 weeks. As a rough idea I'm a size 6-8 and as you'll see have kept my shape.

I am not interested in wrestling or lift and carry, not my thing and last thing I want to be doing.

Meals out will be possible again towards the end of November!

That time again
Yes that time is here the time when bookings involving food are akin to torture so I don't do them.

I'm very lean, very small and my diet is tight the last thing I want is to be near delicious foods. Food bookings will however be available again from late November onwards, when I'll be over the moon to share a meal, accept coffee dates, dinner dates, whatever takes your fancy.

Everything is going well regards my diet and training preparations, I'm the lightest and smallest I've been since becoming an Escort. I've had to update my wardrobe with quite a few size 8 items, 10s have gotten far too big for me and I like to look tidy. No point in having a great figure if it's not being show off!

My relaxation time is always very important and even more so right now. Recently in my 'me' time I've been enjoying lighting a scented candle curling up on the sofa to watching films on netflix or listening to music. I have also started attending Tai Chi classes which has sparked off a new interest for me, and I've just downloaded a 'Daoism for beginners' type book which I'm hoping to dip into in the next day or so.

The word "No"
I seem to be saying the word "No" quite a lot recently, and thought it might be useful to summarise here.

So No I will not;

Visit you whilst your wife is asleep in the next room, or popped to the pub with your colleagues
Meet you or provide a sexual service in a car
Dress up in your girlfriend's sister's school uniform
Allow unprotected genital contact

On the last topic a few clients have thought this is purely for pregnancy avoidance. No (again!) it is a basic sexual health precaution. I do not have unprotected genital to genital contact with anyone, which includes my private life. Also I will discretely wash my hands, or use antibacterial hand gel between touching my genitals and yours. This many sound a bit clinical, however just like putting on condoms I'm very quick and do my utmost to prevent it breaking our flow. Regular full check ups at the GUM clinic including oral swabs, are the final step in my sexual health regime, and I encourage anyone who is sexual-health active to do the same. Prevention is far better than dealing with a problem.

In summary my "No" s are all about staying safe, being comfortable whilst having fun.

New photos
I'm now using a new photographer for professional photos on my profile. This time I'm using someone who hardly touches the photos at all, and I really like the fresh new look. We also made a video which you can see in the movies section of my profile, this has been very popular so I've decided to make a sequel which should be available in autumn.

Until then I'll continue posting photos from the shoot, and will update whenever I get chance.

Another thing to be aware of is that I'm now well into my competition preparations, so I will be dropping a dress size, and becoming much leaner. My training is geared towards maintaining muscle, this means I won't be losing my curves and some of you I know really like the fitness look. Because of the training and strict diet I will be following, if you wish to incorporate a meal into a booking ie overnight or dinner date, I need to know timings and also where we will dine so that I can check out the menu. Some restaurants require notice for my plain and simple requirements. Do also be aware that I am happy to offer longer bookings including overnights which don't include a meal, and have had a couple of really enjoyable bookings without one.

Oh and during this period (next 3 - 4 months) please don't tempt me with chocolate, cheese, biscuits or cakes. Refusal can often be taken very badly, and offering such delights do more harm than help.

Busy woman
It's been a while since I've written anything here, this is because I've just been so busy in all the areas of my life.

Escort bookings, study, a course in London, passed another qualification, training for a sponsored walk, and deciding to prepare for competition again. Over the next few months I will get leaner, and smaller. My diet is now stricter, and I've lost almost half a stone whilst so far maintaining my strength. I don't find this easy, it's my determination which drives me.

Next week I have a photoshoot with my other photographer lined up, and this time it will include making a video. This is something I've never done before, so it's going to be very exciting and I look forward to sharing it with you.

Someone very close to me was not very well this week, and I decided to have an extra day off to make sure they were ok. This was definitely the right decision, and I felt a lot better for it - sometimes situations come along to tell you something. And this something was that I was trying too hard, needed a bit of non-work time.

That's all passed now and I'm raring to go for the remainder of July, do however be aware than I have some time off planned towards the end of the month. Details of this can be found on the Bookings section of my profile.
