Turkey tail & Lion's mane supplements

I have been into taking supplements for years now. I tried a few different companies and then a friend told me about body by nature supplements. They sell vegan supplements. Now I am no vegan, but after doing my research I found they sild the best cleanest ingredients.

I take their multi vitamins, fish oil 6 of them a day plus hair, skin and nails which I must say works great for me.

I noticed they stared to sell mushroom supplements. Not had much interaction at all so had to do my research about what they could do for me.

What I found out was turkey tail and lions mane were the best two to take. So I ordered mine and have been taking them for about 2 months now

I know a lot of people either don't take or think they would offer any benefit but for me it's all good. My friends started to take their multi vitamin and felt better straight away. I guess with a good food diet and supplementing what I don't eat in my food diet works well for me.

I do eat fish but not the right oily fish. That's why I take 6 fish oils every morning along with my other supplements.

I hope this helps someone find out and possibly start to take supplements. My only recommendation is. don't go to Holland & Barrett. I looked at their supplements and did my research about the ingredients they use and Googled them. Shocked at the stuff they put in side to make massive amounts of money from unsuspecting customers.

The Reign of Queen Elizabeth 2ND.

We all have a different view on the Queen. My thoughts were such that I decided to write this blog.

I hope whatever your thoughts are good or bad of her you all have your very own opinion of her.

Elizabeth the 2nd, or in full Elizabeth Alexandra Mary was born on the 21st of April 1926 and was just announced dead on the 8th of September 2022 after having been the Queen of Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Great Britain since the 6th of February 1952. She has made the record of being the longest reigning monarch in the history of the British. This article goes into more detail about everything concerning the late Queen and her reign.

The Queen’s early life

Elizabeth was born to Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon and the duke of York, Prince Albert. She was their elder daughter. Being the child of King George the 5th’s younger son, Elizabeth did not expect to inherit the throne up until Edward the 8th, her uncle, renounced his throne which then led to Elizabeth’s father George the 6th to be crowned as king. Elizabeth’s mother supervised her education under governess Marion Crawford strictly and she went on to Eton College.

She was taught languages as well as music by various visiting teachers. Elizabeth’s younger sister, Princess Margaret Rose, together with her spent most of their time during the Second World War taking safety in Scotland, at their Balmore Castle as well as at Windsor Castle and the Royal Lodge in Windsor. It was just the two of them during this time, separated from their parents.

In the early months of 1947, Princess Elizabeth accompanied her parents to South Africa. When they came back, they announced that the Princess was betrothed to Lieutenant Philip Mountbatten from the Royal Navy, who was her distant cousin and was the former Prince Philip of Denmark and Greece. Their marriage took place on the 20th of November in Westminster Abbey. On their wedding day eve, Elizabeth’s father bestowed upon Philip titles which include earl of Merioneth, duke of Edinburgh, and Baron Greenwich. The newlyweds then took residence in London, at the Clarence House. They had their first child, Prince Charles on the 14th of November 1948.

Her inheritance of the crown

The health of King George the 6th began to decline in 1951. Princess Elizabeth showed up in his place on various state occasions. Elizabeth and her husband are the ones who toured the world in place of her father. Between October and December that year, the two of them had toured Washington Dc as well as Canada. They set out yet again after celebrating Christmas back in England to tour New Zealand and Australia but while in Sagana, Kenya, they got the news that the King had died. This was on the 6th of February 1952. Now the Queen of England, Elizabeth flew back to England. She moved to Buckingham Palace and on the 4th of November 1952, she conducted her first opening of the state Parliament. She got officially coronated on the 2nd of June 1953.

The Queen and her husband, the duke of Edinburgh, set out for a six-month tour around the world of the Commonwealth which is when she was able to visit New Zealand and Australia. After various European state visits in 1957, the queen visited the United States and Canada with the duke. She made history by making the first ever royal British tour in fifty years to visit the Indian subcontinent. She was also the very first British reigning monarch to pay a visit to South America. This was in 1968. In 1979, she toured the Persian Gulf countries. In 1977, the queen celebrated her Silver Jubilee by a London banquet that was attended by thirty-six members of the commonwealth who travelled all through Northern Ireland, and Britain, as well as toured the Caribbean, Australia, South Pacific, and Canada.

When Queen Elizabeth inherited the throne, her son Prince Charles was named the Prince of Wales on the 26th of July 1958 and got invested on the 1st of July 1969. Queen Elizabeth had other children, Princess Anne who was made princess royal in 1987, Prince Andrew who in 1986 was made the duke of York, and Prince Edward who in 1999 was made earl of Wessex as well as Viscount Severn. Although all of the children were given the surname Windsor, Queen Elizabeth decided to create a new hyphenated name in 1960, Mountbatten-Windsor, for the descendants who were not considered princess, prince, or royal highness. Elizabeth was made a grandmother by Princess Anne in 1977.

The modern monarchy

The Queen was aware of how the monarchy was getting affected by modern times and even allowed the television of the domestic life of the royalties in 1970. In 1978, she also allowed her sister to dissolute her marriage. The 1990s were quite hard for the royal family and the queen referred to them as the ‘Royal Family’s anural horribilis’. Prince Charles separated from his wife Diana, the princess of Wales and so did Prince Andrew from his wife the duchess of York, Sarah. Anne also got divorced. On top of this, there was a fire at Windsor castle which is the royal residence. There was also a growing resentment from the citizens about the royalties’ lifestyle and the queen agreed to also start paying taxes on her income. The divorce between Charles and Diana continued to erode people’s support for the family and this only intensified when Diana died in 1997. This was especially after the queen’s initial refusal to have the national flag half-flied at Buckingham Palace.

The Queen celebrated fifty years on the throne in 2002, and there were various festivities that were held throughout the country. These celebrations however got diminished due to the death of Elizabeth’s sister and mother.

By 2005, the royal family had rebounded and Charles even got married to Camilla Parker who was warmly received by the British people. In 2011, the royal family celebrated the wedding of the eldest son of Charles and Diana, Prince William to Catherine Middleton. Elizabeth became the first British monarch to make a visit to the Irish since 1911. Elizabeth celebrated her Platinum Jubilee of seventy years on the throne in June 2022 but her involvement was limited as she was having health issues. She replaced Boris Johnson who was the prime minister with Liz Truss. Queen Elizabeth will be remembered as a queen who favoured simplicity and was keen on government affairs. She was also a lover of horses and was one of the richest women in the world.

Vitamins and workouts plus coffee & Bosu. * * * *

I guess lots of us are finding this time a little rough. I have started to take a quality vitamin along with my every day work out. I have always taken multivitamins along with a good quality fish oil plus a vitamin D tablet. Because going out is not advised I have been making sure I do a little workout each morning.

I have some weights, a skipping rope, and a bosu. If your not heard of a bosu look it up it's great for balance. Standing on my Bosu and holding some weights I stand tall then go low all the time keeping an eye on my balance.

I also do all the usual weight lifting and have really found a big difference in my posture. Balance plays a big part in helping you walk and stand correctly.

I find skipping really helps me and I would recommend that to anyone regardless of age. My friend's daughter is so good and laughs at us when I get together with her.

Look after your self people and I look forward to us all getting back to the life we had before all this started.

A woman, cranky because her husband was late coming home again, decided to leave a note, saying, "I've had enough and have left you...don't bother coming after me" Then she hid under the bed to see his reaction.

Eating in a healthy way & my love of animals

As we have already established being a vegetarian means that you can eat a wide range of foods apart from animal meat and fish. You can feed on fruits, vegetables and animal products like cheese. This lifestyle is socially accepted and labelled a healthy choice. Veganism, on the other hand, is a lifestyle that discourages the killing of animals and fish. This lifestyle choice also means that you have to avoid all animal products and extracts like lard and fat. Vegans have to carefully check the ingredients of products they are buying. For example, vegans can�t buy gelatine which is made from connective tissues and bones of animals. Gelatin is used as cohesive agents in candy and some desserts. Vegans also have to avoid some wines which use fish in the oenology process. Vegans also have to avoid cheese that is made from rennet (this is sourced from young calves).

Being a vegan seems tiresome and irritating but this couldn�t be further from the truth. In the modern and developed countries veganism has been on the rise. Millennials are of the mindset that the world has to reduce its consumption of animals and their products. This has led to an increase of people who associate as vegan. Modern trends such as blogs and vlogs have proliferated the rise of vegans.

Flicking the bean when they finally all leave. XXX

Many people ask me what I do when I am not working?

I have many friends who I go and meet and have drinks and food with. I also have friends come over to my lovely flat for drinks and food. Some of my friends are more than friends so we also have a little fun.

My best friends are my lovely cats who I adore. I now have 3 of them. They keep me laughing as well you would know if you have cats or love animals as I do.

My latest addition is my little Sophie who is a bundle of fun and so cheeky. She loves nothing more than purring and then meowing in my ear to ask for a feed. Most times that's at 4.30 am which is not the best time, but if you love your cats you will know you need to spend time with them and unlike Children you can't ask them to go back to bed. I love them all so much so it's only fair I do as they ask.

Feeling so good today WHY????

I have to share this with you all guys. I have been training now with a personal trainer for 2 years now. Up at 5.45 each morning and drive to the gym for 6am very early start. I have changed all my food, take plenty of water and found some very good supplements.

With this great guy he has turned around my health. Not saying I was ill, but now I feel great. Loads of energy and my skin and hair are spot on.

I now play tennis 3 times a week so feeling great. Lost some weight and now have muscles in the places that matter.

My supplements are as follows; 4 X Fish oil, 2 X Multi Vitamin, 1 X Zinc and I take 4 X Magnesium for a great nights sleep. If any of you reading this would like my guys number, please in box me and I will supply his number. He only works in Essex so make sure you live within this area.

I love watching England but tonight it's Germany

Wasn't that impressed by our team in the last showing. As for my away team and I call them that because I have a good few friends in Germany who I drive down to see. The last time was in the last World cup and the atmosphere was even better than over here. All the guys who went to the pub with us stood up for the ladies. By five minuets we were all standing up enjoying the game having a drink.

So tonight come on the Germans and next it will be come on England.

My gut reaction is a win for Germany. 3-1

Another German foot ball WIN

Germany wins another match. 4-0 against a fairly strong Portugal team. Just goes to show you that Ronaldo can play well in his home team, but put him in a team that plays different from his normal way and it shows just how a good team wins an average team every time.

Very easy way to get into's someones face. So to speak. Foot ball some times is about who can act the best, let's dive, let's fall over easy, why not just bloody play well. Attack the team, score loads of goals. Come on England play as if it was your fist game for your country and play like you really want this.
