| Fitness Leggy Bunny. |
| Many people ask me about my journey to becoming well trimmed and super fit. Well it started a few years ago and it involved making the biggest single decision which was to stop putting so much rubbish inside my body and focus on eating more healthy and wholesome foods. It also meant cutting out deserts, chocolates, crisps, cakes etc. The second most important thing was then to start jogging around the streets and also meant joining a local gym and have a personal trainer. It's taken a lot of hard work and forcing myself to get out of bed early and go for a run before attending the gym. This was the hardest part for me but I was determined to do it. I was never fat before but just lacked energy and a zest for living life to the full, which of course I now do have. I've since made many great friends who love the fit life too and many have asked me and benefited from more precise details of my dietary and fitness regime. For me now it's easy to do 100 push ups for example, all correctly done with good form and without being out of breath and I could never have done even 6 pus hups correctly before I started. My sex life has become absolutely amazing now as I am able to bend into all kind of positions and have masses of stamina too. Let's just say that I have become even more sexually responsive and no men ever complain about my energy and enthusiasm.
