About the Venue	Score: 9/10
A well located flat in a nice part of Chelsea. Short walk from South Kensington tube station. The flat itself was discreet (part of a fairly large and unassuming block) and was clean and tidy inside. The flat was a little small, as you would expect in Chelsea, but still a comfortable and pleasant environment.

Arranging a meeting was straightforward. I contacted Ava by text and over the course of a couple of days found a mutually agreeable time. I mentioned that I would like to try A levels (as she requests notice) and that along with all other communications was handled in a friendly and professional way. On the day Ava was running 15 mins or so late. While not ideal this was fine - it was a pleasant day so I took a short walk and caught up on some emails. On entering her building the flat was easy to find and very discrete. Ava greeted me warmly with a glass of champagne, which was a nice touch. I took care of paperwork shortly after arriving. We broke the ice with some conversation, which all felt very natural and put me at ease.
