On Friday 23 September the United States authorities made various allegations against PacNet, the parent company of the payment processor we use to make UK bank, European bank and cheque payments to the AdultWork.com Membership.  You can read about the allegations and involved companies here.

On Saturday 24 September, Chexx made us aware of the situation and further advised that the payment facilities they provide us with have ceased or will cease in the week following.

Clearly, it is our absolute attention to keep this interruption to a minimum and restore all out payment options with new or existing partners A.S.A.P.. However, in the short term there are going to be unavoidable limitations in service.

Impact to Service Providers

Cheques / Checks

• We are unable to make any cheque/check payments and have disabled this withdrawal method.  We would suggest that all members convert their cheque transfer requests into an alternative method, e.g. UK/EU bank or Payoneer.  Do this via your Credits Transfer Request History page.
   
• If you are in possession of a cheque do not cash it.  Please take a picture of it or scan it and email it, from your registered email address, to webmaster@adultwork.com.
   
• If you have cashed a cheque already you will need to wait until the cheque is returned to your bank and in turn, to you.  Take a picture or scan the "return to drawer" stamp on the back of the cheque along with the front of the cheque and email it from your registered email address to webmaster@adultwork.com.

EU and UK Bank Accounts

All EU and UK Bank transfer requests scheduled for Tuesday 15 November, or earlier, have been performed.  Funds will be in accounts within the usual banking timeframes.
