* Unforeseen real-life circumstances do occur. In the event that something happens and you cannot make your booking then please contact me to cancel. This will ensure that you are able to book with me again. No-shows are always blocked. Nerves often get the better of a client and that is understandable, however, you must communicate this to me, simply not showing up is not acceptable.

Discretion and privacy are of the utmost importance to me. 

I am fully aware that real life can occasionally get in the way and you may be unable to attend your booking. If this is the case, you must cancel your booking whether it be you getting cold feet or you really have something else to deal with. No-shows will not get a second chance.

My rates are not negotiable. 

One thing that I know for sure is that every client comes to see me for a different reason. It would be impossible for me to list every single session that I offer. ACCOMMODATION:
All sessions are conducted at my private apartment in Sale, South Manchester. I live on a very quiet road in a suburban area close to both Sale and Brooklands Metrolink stops. There is plenty of free, on-road parking and the apartment is easily accessible with no concierge. There is a shower for you to use before and after the session with clean towels and plenty of toiletries. You will be invited into my living room where we can chat and get to know each other before moving into the bedroom where there will be candles, clean bedding, and soft music.

Please arrive on time, not early, and if you can help it, not late. Should you be running late, please call me to advise me of your ETA. Please remember that you are in my home so please respect the building and my neighbours. If you do need to cancel a booking, please do so promptly. Payment is to be made on arrival.

ACCESSIBILITY
My apartment is on the first floor of an apartment block and is accessible by one flight of stairs. Unfortunately, this is no lift in the block.
