Yoga
I recently decided I should be trying to learn new things, I'm a big advocate for mental health and encourage a positive, healthy mind so I decided I should try something that I haven't done much of the last few years.
Now I don't know if you have tried yoga before, but if you haven't and you thought it was easy... your first attempt at yoga will show you it's not.
It's actually really hard! But I am loving waking up in the morning and doing a bit of yoga to start my day. It makes my feel ready to achieve more each day.
I've always been into fitness and I'm often at the gym spinning and weight training so yoga is a little slow-paced for me but I think it's fun! You should see some of the poses I can get into, very erotic.
