Happy Monday , How are you all ? Starting my day with a beautiful bunch of roses so pretty !
How has your weekend been ? mine was fab Saturday went to the beach my fav place feel so cleansed ! and went to my fave crystal shop and picked up some great pieces to create positive energy ! Sunday went for lunch and my fav garden Centre ! so all in all it's been a great weekend !
Today has been a great day too plus other things to haha x ! I went toy shopping picked up a great strap on for my Dom sessions can't wait too use! and some BDSM stuff and some more lingerie ! and OMG I HAVE ORDERED a toy i have had my eye on for so so long ! so excited to get it this week OMG OMG so excited ! plus had 2 bits of exciting news this week well 3 actually ! so all in all been a great week ! If you think positive , positive things come your way! I shall be ordering some latex things next week and some other lingerie too! Had my eye lashes done today too look so pretty and fresh again yay ! x love them x

How to Get Mentally Strong: 17 Traits of Mentally Strong People
#1. They Don’t Let Their Thoughts Run Wild
A mentally strong person knows how to control their thoughts. Instead of letting them run wild, they observe their thoughts and watch them pass. For the first time in my life ! I am actually at an age where i accept myself as a person and as a woman ! and i feel empowered ! and actually proud ! How far i have come ! regardless of the hard times I have had !I seem to flow through them ! and ride the waves of life ! Because I have a thick skin , I'm very adaptable plus a strong and resilient character !
What is the true meaning of self-love?
Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve. this I will not sacrifice for anyone ! my own self care is Important I have realised this more and more ! So I am now not a people pleaser ! and so what suits my happiness ! and that seems to work a lot more ! Moral of the story if you are treated bad ! in any walk of life walk away and know you deserve to be treated better !

I have worked a lot on my self inner and outer ! and things are finally starting to get there ! things that I realized were not my fault and were out of my control ! so self development is so very important ! so moving forward .......
I have ordered a new toy ! A Doxy wand i can not wait to get this, which will be tomorrow ! and i have my eyes on another new one ,but that i will blog about soon when i get it! and some new latex stuff i feel is in need i think in a few weeks !
So today i have been busy cleaning my home ! and gutted my bathroom cleaned all the tiles it has been so therapeutic it really has ! the sun has been shining it is so nice isn't it ! Music blasting all in all it has been a fab day ! iv'e had a blast !

So my weekend was amazing spent the best weekend ever with my bestie Lady Rochelle you may know her lol ! we had the best catch up ever !whilst manifesting some great ideas ! and were super excited to be doing them ! We had great laughter! lots of nice food ! chiminea hot tub ! and Saturday we went to a fab garden Centre which had a great crystal shop etc! so i picked up some really nice pieces i could have spent so much in there ! Plus we both love a good garden Centre! thanks for a great weekend, I really enjoyed your company ! not long until you come again ! and lets plan for our great girls holiday next summer! I can't wait already lol !

It's called biophilia, a fancy word for our natural love of nature. When we're at the beach, the sound of waves, the feel of sand between our toes, and the vast ocean views all tap into this deep connection, making us feel calm and content.
There's simply no better place to let go of daily stress than on the beach. You can sit back and soak up the sun, watch the waves roll in, or even take a nap in a hammock strung between two palm trees. You also might be able to meet some new friends while at the beach!

THE FROG AND SCORPION STORY !
A scorpion asks a frog to carry it across a river. The frog hesitates, afraid of being stung, but the scorpion argues that if it did so, they would both drown. Considering this, the frog agrees, but midway across the river the scorpion does indeed sting the frog, dooming them both.
Moral of the story is ?
The Scorpion and the Frog is an animal fable which teaches that vicious people cannot resist hurting others even when it is not in their own interests. This fable seems to have emerged in Russia in the early 20th century.
Synopsis
A scorpion wants to cross a river but cannot swim, so it asks a frog to carry it across. The frog hesitates, afraid that the scorpion might sting it, but the scorpion promises not to, pointing out that it would drown if it killed the frog in the middle of the river. The frog considers this argument sensible and agrees to transport the scorpion. Midway across the river, the scorpion stings the frog anyway, dooming them both. The d**** frog asks the scorpion why it stung despite knowing the consequence, to which the scorpion replies: "I am sorry, but I couldn't resist the urge. It's my character." Yes some are naturally like this and we have to be mindful of those SCORPIONS ! Again this isn't aimed at anyone it is as a whole! x
