A. I have my own private, secure, discreet , easy access apartment not far from the Mailbox. There is on-street paid parking nearby and a few car parks within walking distance. |

A. Please confirm by telephone call or text the day before your appointment. On the day of your booking a confirmation text in the morning before 9am will also be required to secure your appointment. |

A. I do not accept random booking requests. Please call me first to schedule a date and time to suit both ourselves before presenting me with an online booking request. |

A. I do prefer advanced bookings . If you would like a same day appointment please call giving me as much notice as possible. Under no circumstances will I accept text messages on my mobile unless I already know you. I also prefer phone calls to my mobile from other mobiles, not landlines. Please do not withhold your number when ringing, as it will not be answered. You are welcome to make an initial enquiry via email, but I will need to speak to you first before making a definite appointment. Submitting a random booking request is not acceptable and will be ignored. I will expect you to call me an hour before to confirm that you still wish to attend. If I do not receive confirmation I will cancel your booking. If my number is not showing then it means I'm not working on that particular day. |
| Q. What is the cancellation etiquette? |
A. Please give me as much notice as possible. This will then leave you with the invite to book me again at a later date, should you wish to do so. Any 'No Shows' or people who give me less than 1 hours notice will be kept on record and not permitted to rebook me ever again. NO exceptions - there are too many time wasters around. |
