Q. When should I pay? A. I require you to pay upon my arrival and before the session begins.

If you wish to add additional time while our session is in progress, I require that you pay for it before the extra time is provided.
Q. What if I have to cancel? A. I understand that things happen and you might need to cancel. However, I hold a 3-strike rule. So, if you've cancelled 3 times in a row, I won't take you on as a client unless you pay collateral for wasting my time and money on more than 3 occasions.
