Wow what a week....My feet haven't touched the floor since I got back to Stoke on Sunday after been down Dartford for the weekend. Straight back into the food prep and training and of course fucking.....no rest for the wicked!!!

Well this morning I head home back to Stoke on Trent after my brekkie.....but I WILL BE BACK.
