Good Evening....I do hope everyone's weekend went well. I did some conditioning training on Saturday,which included some bag work, indoor rower, and some strongman events.
I am also pleased to announce that I have added a new tour date to my dairy (please see my tour tab for details)
It's time to lean up a little after a mini winter bulk and so have started to include some conditioning sessions and also to try and increase my NEAT a little....calories shall remain the same with the emphasis on good clean proteins.

Well we all made it through January!!!
Today (Saturday) I trained arms at the gym and did 3 x supersets for triceps and biceps. Arms fell nice and pumped and full now.
Tomorrow is a day off the gym..time to rest, eat and recover and grow.
I have had loads of emails asking me about when I will start touring again..and at the moment I dont have any plans to. I am enjoying working from home at the moment and re connecting to some of clients I havent had chance to see whilst been busy touring. I cant believe what a busy start to the year its been!!! Not that I a complaining!!!!
I am treating myself to a bit of a cheat meal tonight and having a curry...no booze though as trying to keep it reasonably clean.

Good morning...I hope your January is going well so far....I had a bit of a virus at the weekend, my throat was sore and coughing followed by aches and pains in my body. ..So I have had a few days off, no work or gym but I am feeling better and back at work now.
I think I will leave the gym until Weds this week as I don't want to put undue stress on my system....too many people go the gym when unwell and this only slows down your recovery....
So I think Weds will be my first day of the week and start with leg session.
On a more positive note I am available a rare in call this Saturday..so please get in touch if you would like to see me.
Thanks to those clients I have re arranged also and I have booked you all back in next week!!!!

Today I trained back at the gym, mainly focusing on my lats...tomorrow I will finish my week off with arms....3 super sets for biceps and triceps. And then it back to legs on Monday.
At the moment I am still free on Monday for incalls in Stoke on Trent between 10 am and 4pm.

A very Happy new Year to all one and all....hope you all had a great Xmas and if you were off work (like me!!!) a good break.
I am back now and raring to go.....The picture with this blog was taken today so you can all see what I look like now...not what I looked like 3 years ago. I do add pictures every week so you can keep up to date with my current look (ie nails, hair, tan, physique.....what you see is what you get!!)

Good Afternoon....wow it was a cold one this morning..but I have now driven south (Dartford today and tomorrow) and its a lot warmer and no snow!!!
I am nearly ready for Xmas this year and just need to finalise where I will be the weekend before Xmas (fri 22nd and Sat 23rd)....then will be off over the festive period for a well earned break and I am also considering a holiday somewhere hot in the New Year!!!

My week is going good so far..training is going well and I have just ordered some new outfits and new shoes ready to take on my travels this weekend.
