Self care

AN EXTRA BIG TUB!

An Aladdin's Cave of New SEXY undies

How is everyone doing? It's that time of year again, love it or loathe it, Santa's on his way. DE-STRESS YOUR MIND

For about the past 6 months I have been doing a lot of meditation, mostly when I wake up and before I go to bed. It never occurred to me before that entering your mind into a state of complete nothingness is really important, it's almost like a re-set button on your mind, much like re-setting your phone by switching it off and on again.
I recently learnt that your brain processes 14 million pieces of information every time you swipe the internet, so you are literally absorbing information over load all day long! Of course not too bad if you are looking at tits and sexy ladies on here, but you get my meaning.

the 'perfect' life
