| Half Marathon |
Hi Everyone,
Happy Monday to you all. I hope you had an amazing weekend and enjoyed the glorious weather!
I am currently training for a half marathon to complete towards the end of the year so plenty of time for me to crack on with my training. I am currently running 15k a week and boy my legs are feeling it. Those of you who have got to know me on here know how much I enjoy my fitness and well-being but also know how to let my hair down and enjoy myself too. All about balance I say. I mean who wants to tuck into spinach on movie night when you can enjoy a nice Haggan Daz ice cream right? lol.
I need some new tunes to listen to on my runs though. Any recommendations? 'Eye of the Tiger' is wearing a bit thin now haha :).

| Covid |
Hi all,
I have been away from cam in the last week due to being struck down with the dreaded Covid and feeling pretty poorly. I hope to feel better to come back on cam at some point this week. Looking forward to catching up. Feel free to message me on here or sms to cheer me up ;). Tell me about your week any interesting or fun or naughty stories to share? I would love to hear them ;)
I am just about to get into a lovely hot bath with some tunes on and plan on having a good soak for an hour or two.

Hi everyone,
So I can’t believe it has been a whole year since I started camming. I just wanted to say a big thank you for all the wonderful and fun people I have met here over the last year. Time does certainly fly when you are having fun ;). I have no intention of giving this up. I would miss you all for starters.
I remember the first day I logged on thinking to myself ‘what am I doing’ but I had an amazing first day and had such great welcomes and a lot of fun and so it just carried on from there! I hope I helped your lockdown days feel better as you did mine too ;). How nice is it now we have some normality back!!! It is definitely not something I would take for granted but to cherish all the simple things in life and what really matters. Seing people you care about again and spending quality time together!
I am such a people person and social butterfly and I honestly love getting to know each and every one of you!!

Hi everyone,
Wow what a scorcher today! Hope you have all been keeping cool in this heat! Or getting even more hot and sweaty on cam ;).
I had a bit of time sunbathing today so it was bikini time for me. Spent some time today on cam too in my bikini and I loved all your compliments :). Thank you. I loved how some of you said I was naturally pretty too as had my natural look today with barely any make up whatsoever. I am not one to wear a lot anyway as I feel it’s there to enhance the features that you already have rather than making you look completely different.
I am on cam again tonight so will be great to catch up with more of you. I had some time away last week and it feels so good to be back :). Thank you for the welcome back I always appreciate it :).

| Inspiring book |
Hi everyone,
I have been reading a new book recently called ‘Good Vibes Good Life’ which puts a lot of things in perspective. I am a very humble and positive person in general and I tend to gravitate towards other positive people giving off good vibes and those who are negative just completely drains my energy away and therefore brings you down to their level too in that moment in time and it is about them and how they feel so don’t let it bring you down too but show your support and then get yourself into your good place again :). Those with the same vibrations enjoy one another and can’t wait to spend time with each other again.
I like to think I give off good energy on here and make you all feel amazing after seing me on cam ;).

| Bath Time! |
Hey everyone,
So I spent the evening tonight having a good soak in the bath! Some Epsom salts and champagne pamper time. Just felt like treating myself for the night! and why not right.
I am all hot and sweaty and feeling super horny and will log in tomorrow for some much needed fun time too ;). Some of you caught me out of the bath tonight. Let’s just say you called at just the right time ;).

| Positive mindset x |
Hi everyone,
So we are in spring and roll on the summer and easing of restrictions.
So I have been away from cam in the past 8 weeks. I was feeling quite out of sorts for a while and just not feeling my best and I needed to get myself into a better routine, clear my head and bring in some much needed positivity. As we have probably all felt from time to time in this lockdown in the past year all having different reasons and experiences to feel out of sorts and well just not ourselves.
I got so much rest and sleep. I was literally sleeping for 10 hours a night but I must have needed it. I have also been listening to audio books too on positive thinking and changing your mind set and affirmations. I am a really spiritual person and always love reading books on healing and calmness of the mind.
It is soo good to be back and I have had such a warm welcome from you all. I have also had some pent up naughty energy to release so I feel very much in good spirits again ;) x

Hi everyone,
I haven’t been online recently as have been moving home. Busy busy unpacking and organising everything. All decorated :).

| Weekend!! :) |
Hi Guys,
Hope you all have a nice weekend planned! I am just packing a bag and heading off to see family for the weekend. A round of golf booked and a restaurant in the evening.
I had a lovely spa day yesterday with an old school friend of mine we hadn’t seen each other in a good while so it was great to catch up. I enjoyed a full body massage and nails done. It was really relaxing. I like to look after myself and massage is good to keep in shape alongside exercise and yoga. It has many benefits not just physically but mentally too for well- bring. It helps to reduce stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol. When these are too high it can really impair the immune system and especially in these times during this pandemic it’s important we keep it in top tip condition. Include zinc and vitamin D supplements too. Physically massage it’s great for keeping joints loose and aid flexibility. Improves the circulation which is good for delayed onset muscle soreness to aid healing.
Right I am just going to do an hour of Yoga and some meditation before I head out on the road.

| Piano |
Hi Guys,
I enjoyed some much needed piano time this evening. I have a musical and dance background and also have played the flute which is one of my favourite classical sounds of all time.
Playing music I find is a nice peaceful escape haven. I can play for hours thankfully without annoying my neighbours too much lol. I am currently working on Canon and Gigue in D Major on my piano. Amazing tune!
I have a great aunt who has now turned 100 years of age who taught me the piano from a very young age and to this day still plays herself.

I had so much fun in my new body stocking tonight pleasing and teasing. I very much enjoyed. Lots of sensual and very naughty fun ;). I was ever so horny before logging on and was in a very flirtatious mood.

Enjoying a cup of tea it works a treat! You can’t beat a good mug of Yorkshire tea.
My mug is from when I visited Antigua a few years ago. Well I had to get a souvenir!lol. Definitely an island worth visiting. It’s really traditional and I recommend Shirley Heights to see an amazing sunset followed by a BBQ and plenty of rum of course :) fab atmosphere!

Hi everyone,
Just as I felt I was starting to get better I am feeling not so good again. Chilling on the sofa today with some box sets to get into and films. Currently finishing watching the Ozark which I have been meaning to do for a while. My housemate is making me cups of tea, chicken soup and Lemsip :). I will choose some movies to watch today too. Comedy’s never go a miss.
I will have a steamy hot bath too with some Epsom salts and candles. Steamy baths always get me in the mood too even when sick I will probably have to do things to myself in the bath later!
Hope to feel In good spirits to be back online next week so I hope to have some tender loving care on my return ;) xx
