British Summer Lover

This balance of the Elements is playing out in your energy systems every single day. And you have the power to work with it. Love that feeling of empowerment! I have enjoyed working with the Elements to help bring balance to my system when I feel depleted or off my game.
Fire has many forms from the huge blazing fire, dancing, flickering, calm low smoldering fire or total burnout. You can imagine the feeling within yourself in any of these forms.
If you are lacking or deficient in Fire you may be anxiously trying to stoke all fires, leading to burn-out.
Of if you are in excess of Fire all the excess enthusiasm combines with inability to set limits, leading to crash and burn.
The emotions (energy in motion) governed by the Fire Element are joy, love, passion, and panic. All are honorable and it’s about recognizing where you are and the energy and how it feels for you.

Who doesn’t love summer? And for the Brits, who battle cold temperatures and rain for most of the year, summer’s got to be our favourite season. Temperatures can soar up to 32℃ in the summer (for us, that’s hot!), though the average summer high in London is around 21℃. On average in the UK, July is the warmest month of the year but June is the sunniest. The total rainfall varies from year to year – sometimes we’ll have little, but sometimes we’ll have a week of showers. It’s truly hard to predict.
We sometimes experience anticyclones which give us long, warm, spells of weather (there’s one happening right now) and create heatwave-like conditions....

10 days resting in my beautiful country.BRAZIL

I JUST WANT TO INTRODUCE MY COUNTRY
Brazillian beaches are among the most beautiful beaches in the world, and many would agree with that. Thanks to the tropical climate, beaches in my Brazil are long, sandy with crystal clear waters. No wonder why so many beaches from this country were an inspiration for so many music hits. Here are literally just a few most important beaches.

Copacabana – The most famous beach in Brazil and the world is located in the heart of Rio de Janeiro. Yes, expect crowds, music and good vibrations all over this 4 km long sandy beach. You will find all kinds of facilities around, from restaurants and cafes to the most luxurious hotels. This is also a spot of some of the biggest celebrations in the city.
Ipanema – If looking for a slightly more peaceful spot, you might find it on the nearby Ipanema beach. This beach became legendary partly thanks to the song The Girl from Ipanema. There are all sorts of facilities around, including outdoor-gyms. Also, the beach is one of the favourites among the surfers.
Praia do Espelho – If crowded beaches are definitely not your choice, you will most likely find peace and solitude on Praia do Espelho. It is located in Trancoso in a perfect tropical setting. There are no facilities directly at the beach, but you will have to reach the nearby village. However, renting equipment such as chairs and tents is available.
Caraiva – Located in Porto Seguro, Caraiva beach is still relatively unknown beach where you can escape the crowds. Kilometres of sand and crystal blue waters will provide you with serenity, while mules will bring you anything you want since all the vehicles are forbidden in the beach area.
Fernando De Noronha – This archipelago is located 350 km away from the Brazillian coast, but the amount of magnificent beaches it hides is incredible. Visitors can definitely find their ideal spot and enjoy marine life while feeling perfectly safe in this highly monitored archipelago.
