Strolling Under the Stars:
After dinner, I take a stroll along the moonlit streets of St. Albans savoring the magical atmosphere and admiring the city's historic charm which takes on a new level of enchantment at night, making this walk a perfect way to end the day.

Guys Ask Me How I Tone Up My Bum.

I'm often being asked by guys how do I keep my bum so nicely shaped and toned. I would love to say its hereditary and takes no work at all but truthfully it takes a lot of effort and hard work. Here is how I do it...

Do squats: Squats are one of the most effective exercises for toning your bum. They work your glutes, hamstrings, and quads. To do a squat, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lower your body as if you are sitting in a chair. Make sure to keep your back straight and your knees behind your toes.

Lunges: Lunges are another great exercise for toning your bum. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and step forward with one foot. Lower your body until your front knee is at a 90-degree angle. Then, step back and repeat with the other leg.

I love heels and specifically sexy stilettos but the dilemma many women face when going out is whether to imprive the shape of their legs by wearing high heels to an event but still feel their feet at the end of the night.

The Female Orgasm.

There has been lots of talk about female orgasms vs male orgasms (in my world) over the last few years. After arguing ourselves in circles, I’ve come to a definitive conclusion that it is unconstitutional and just rude to have sex with a woman and not make her cum. If you are planning on having an orgasm stop, until you can make that lady explode with orgasmic pleasure, don’t even bother. Even for women who can orgasm easily, we can’t always every single time. That doesn’t mean we’re left dissatisfied. I’ve had incredibly satisfying, deeply connected sex and didn’t happen to orgasm. Sometimes we just… don’t. No need for guilt or excuses. I didn’t have a headache and you pushed all the right buttons in the right order, but it just doesn’t always happen. That’s why the human body and sexuality are so interesting to me!
