Guys Ask Me How I Tone Up My Bum.
I'm often being asked by guys how do I keep my bum so nicely shaped and toned. I would love to say its hereditary and takes no work at all but truthfully it takes a lot of effort and hard work. Here is how I do it...

Do squats: Squats are one of the most effective exercises for toning your bum. They work your glutes, hamstrings, and quads. To do a squat, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lower your body as if you are sitting in a chair. Make sure to keep your back straight and your knees behind your toes.

Lunges: Lunges are another great exercise for toning your bum. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and step forward with one foot. Lower your body until your front knee is at a 90-degree angle. Then, step back and repeat with the other leg.

Glute Bridges: Glute bridges are a great exercise that targets your glutes and hamstrings. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips up until your body forms a straight line from your knees to your shoulders. Hold this position for a few seconds and then lower your hips back down.

Climb Stairs: Climbing stairs is an excellent way to tone up your bum. It provides a great cardiovascular workout while also working your glutes and hamstrings. Try to incorporate stair climbing into your daily routine.

Eat a balanced diet: In addition to exercising, it's important to eat a balanced diet to help tone up your bum. Make sure to include plenty of protein, healthy fats, and fiber in your diet. Foods like lean meats, nuts, and vegetables can help you reach your goals.

Remember, toning up your bum takes time and consistency. It's important to stay committed to your fitness routine and make healthy choices to achieve your goals. With dedication and hard work, you can achieve a toned and amazing-looking bum.

Why Aren’t Christmas Carols Sung All Year Round?
Christmas is a time of joy and happiness, and it's no wonder that carols are sung all year round! But why are these songs only sung during the holidays? Christmas carols have a long and convoluted history, with some origins dating back to the Middle Ages. Over the years, many of the original lyrics have been replaced, but some traditions like Christmas trees still exist thanks to them. Christmas carols are often based on ancient pagan religious rites and symbols, and it's fascinating to learn more about their history. So be sure to check out this blog for 10 amazing facts about the history of Christmas!

The original lyrics to ‘Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas’ weren’t very merry at all
Although the song 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas' is well-known and loved by most, its original lyrics weren't very jolly. In fact, they were actually written as a satire of the Puritans who believed that Christmas was an evil holiday. The song first appeared in 1846 and became very popular over the years. It was adapted for the big screen in 1934 and has been sung ever since!

Originally recorded in 1934 and only making it to the top 10 in 1939, the song "The Christmas Song" was first rejected by Bing Crosby due to his religious beliefs. The original cast recording featured a very animated dancer who caught the attention of Hollywood producers and went viral on YouTube. In recent years, parodies of the video have gone viral on YouTube, most notably "The Elf on the Shelf Musical."

What are the lyrics to The First Noel, the popular Christmas carol?
The First Noel, the popular Christmas carol, was first written in the late 16th century. It is thought to be based on an earlier song, possibly called God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen. Carols were initially sung at Christmas time and then gradually became a traditional part of the festive season across the world. Some religious groups objected to secular songs being played during Christmastide - but this eventually changed over time!

We Wish You a Merry Christmas
Christmas is a time of year that comes with so many wonderful stories. Whether you're christmas caroling or spending the day with your family, there's always something to be enjoyed.

While it usually falls in December, this wasn't always the case. In fact, Christmas actually originated from pagan celebrations and was originally celebrated way back in wintertime!

Interestingly enough, one of the custom we typically associate with Christmas - exchanging gifts - commemorates an event from ancient times when people would give each other food to ward off hunger during the winter season. We even have a special word for Christmas related to this tradition - Yule!

Silent Night
Christmas carols originated from religious hymns that were only sung during the holiday season. Saint Nicholas, the man who is responsible for bringing gifts to sailors in need, is the inspiration behind Santa Claus. Silent night was actually written for a specific occasion - when Christians were being persecuted in Rome and couldn't publicly sing hymns or pray out loud. The song was finally published in 1818, and has since become one of the most beloved Christmas songs ever!

Good King Wenceslas
Christmas is almost here, and what better way to celebrate than by singing some of the carols we know and love? But be warned - these songs were actually written in the 1400s!

Besides king Wenceslas, there are plenty of other christmas carols that you might want to add to your workplace playlist this year. For example, "The First Noel" tells the story of Mary's birth. Or try singing "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing!" – it may bring some good cheer to those working in offices during wintertime!

High Heels To Brighten Up Your Life.
I love heels and specifically sexy stilettos but the dilemma many women face when going out is whether to imprive the shape of their legs by wearing high heels to an event but still feel their feet at the end of the night.

Some men are attracted to the back arc of a womans foot, generated by heels, and men actually find women in high shoes significantly sexier. In high heels, the arch is the arch of the foot, because that is the position of a woman's foot when she has an orgasm.

Men were more likely to respond sexually when women wears three inch or higher heels than when they wear flat shoes. Men were also more attracted to celebrities when they wore heels, although the shoes altered the back arch by about two degrees.

High heels exaggerate gender, specific aspects of female walking that could cause sexual arousal in men. Wearing a high heel increases a woman's reproductive value, according to the people who love her so much.

Wearing high heels in the bedroom is an appeal to a man's visual appreciation, High heels are a compliment to the day, evening wear and outfits, and that's what they're for. If they make us feel dressed up and feminine, why not add them to our bedroom outfits too and improve our sexual relations with our partners?

High heels also make you look slimmer because you have to hold your body, and they attract the attention of a man when you are at your best. Pulling up your skirt or pulling your underpants aside is sexy because a guy wants to look at you and see that you're still wearing high heels, which turns him on. So I'm well and truly sold on high heels in my work and private life.

The Female Orgasm.
There has been lots of talk about female orgasms vs male orgasms (in my world) over the last few years. After arguing ourselves in circles, I’ve come to a definitive conclusion that it is unconstitutional and just rude to have sex with a woman and not make her cum. If you are planning on having an orgasm stop, until you can make that lady explode with orgasmic pleasure, don’t even bother. Even for women who can orgasm easily, we can’t always every single time. That doesn’t mean we’re left dissatisfied. I’ve had incredibly satisfying, deeply connected sex and didn’t happen to orgasm. Sometimes we just… don’t. No need for guilt or excuses. I didn’t have a headache and you pushed all the right buttons in the right order, but it just doesn’t always happen. That’s why the human body and sexuality are so interesting to me!
