HOW TO TURN SEX INTO A SPIRITUAL HEALING EXPERIENCE

Sacred sex can be the most potent divine tool for deep physical and emotional healing, supporting you to overcome trauma through the power of transformative love. It can catalyse self-realisation and become a portal through which you strengthen your auric field. It can even lead to spiritual awakening. Sex is indeed a holy act and when done right, it has the potential to elevate your consciousness to an entirely new level. Sex won’t be like this every session but it’s important to have this type of experience often. Every sexual exchange and act of intimacy is significant…

Sacred sex intentionally engages the mystical in what otherwise is only physical. By connecting into your inner dimensions individually you connect into one another metaphysically. Sacred sex is the true practice of love and love is only present when you are. Co-creating deep spiritual intimacy involves joint cosmic awareness that is not just focused on ecstatic states but experiencing transcendent unity and multidimensional healing and pleasure.

AGREEING SEX IS A HOLY ACT

It takes two people's awareness to experience sacred sex. Sexual intimacy with an alignment in the sphere of thought. Our minds resonate in harmony before our body and soul can. It’s important to understand it.

CREATE SACRED ATMOSHPERE

Ambience is everything. Set the mood and frequency for love! Ensure the space is clean, clutter free and get into a sensual mood. Play music that you both enjoy that inspires chemistry, emotion and connection. Light candles or dim the lights to encourage the amplification of etheric energy. A gentle scent can help to invoke a sensual energy. I would recommend to use few drops of Rose oil in a diffuser. Roses are well known for their ability to bring harmony, romance and a sense of safety.

Make sure the scent is light and not overpowering. You want to primarily attune to the scent of your partner so don’t use anything too potent. Make the space beautiful. Place Rose quartz crystal in the room and let it infuse the space with the energy of love and healing.

PRACTISING PRESENCE AS PREPARATION

Make time to connect inwardly and connect to your soul before you engage in connecting with one another physically. Spend a few minutes consciously breathing together, coming onto deep heart-brain coherence so your energetic bodies can start to sync. Evoke the divine by saying a prayer together. An example maybe: I call on your Holy Presence to unify us through divine love. May our coming together be a toll of joy, healing and awakening to higher consciousness. You can create your own words. It can be said silently or together out loud. I believe it will help to shift the frequency of the atmosphere and have a greater overall effect.

WITNESS THE DIVINE INSIDE

Spend time touching, eye gazing and moving slow. Focus your attention on the details of each other’s bodies. Get into your senses and really listen to every murmur, savour every taste, enjoy the scent of your lover, be fully immersed in the sensation of the exchange. Intuit their inner being, their divine spark, ignite their divine fire. Merge with their body and their aura. See the Divine inside.

STAY IN SYNC

Communicate throughout your connection. Speak with softness. Feel into the words and sounds your partner makes throughout your lovemaking journey. Remember to make lots of eye contact. The Sun

Initially, the number was confined to the role-play 1001 nights, where I was dancing Scheherazade’s dance with a belly dance elements.
