The dawn light creeps in softly, washing the room in gold,
As the new day starts to unfold, quiet and slow.
No blaring alarms dare break the silence so cold,
The stillness of Sunday casts its gentle glow.

Under warm covers, I nestle my head,
Stealing a few minutes more in bed.
The world can wait just a little while,
As rest and relief bless me with their smile.

Soon the sounds of breakfast sizzle and hum,
The household stirs — the day has begun!
But first, I’ll savor this calm Sunday air,
Solace and peace free from worldly care.

Chores and tasks demand to be faced,
Plans and errands cannot be erased.
But not quite yet…a pause, a breath,
Before the duties of life and death.

For now, just soothing blankets and quietude,
The soft Sunday morning, an interlude.
A time to reflect and wander, a time to just be,
The gift of this day meant for tranquility.

SO TODAY I PURCHASED A AB CRUNCHER TO START IT WILL BE 50/75 THEN 150 THEN 250 AND SKIPPING TO ! I WANT TO TONE UP ! AS I HAVE BEEN SWIMMING AND RUNNING AND THE GYM ! I NEED TO STAY TRIM AND KEEP MY FIGURE FOR YOU ALL ! PLUS MY PEACHY ROUND GRABBLE ASS AND PERKY BOOBS ! IM LUCKY ATM I DONT HAVE LINES ON MY FACE SO WILL TRY PREVENT AS MUCH AS I CAN AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND USE THE RIGHT CREAM PRODUCTS I THINK I HAVE AGED WELL AND I DONT LOOK MY AGE ! how was ur weekend !

mine was amazing ! went to LLANDUNO WALES FOR THE WEEKEND IT WAS AMAZING ! HAD SOME great meals out ! amusements the beach shopping the pier the beach and spending some quality time with my dogs they loved it ! thanks to my bestie for my new bracelet for my birthday its gorgeous yes we have had our UPS AND DOWNS BUT WE ALWAYS WORK IT OUT ! THATS WHAT BESTIES DO ! so while away i couldn't resist getting some more new undie sets and some silk pjs there so sexy 1 x SO A REST WAS WELL NEEDED" so glad to get back now and ready to work again ! my birthday was amazing and so special spending it with the people that care for me and love me ! that's all i need in my life !

so I AM still continuing on my weight loss journey and got some new gym wear while i was away ! i need to tone up my stomach legs and bum ! so hitting gym hard running and swimming it will take months to see the work ! cant wait to show u ! as u can see the results already had so many positive comments which is good x

How to Tame a Free Spirit? HAPPY WEDNESDAY !

i AM fiercely independent and a strong woman and i know what i want out of life can i be TAMED BY A MAN LIFES TOILS ETC THAT IS THE QUESTION !

Do you yearn for the devotion of someone who's fiercely independent or loves everything out of the ordinary? The key to sharing a wild soul is to make them feel like they can be freer with you than with anybody else.

Understand what attracts you to this person. Free spirits like to flow through life following their whims; things like punctuality, precautions, and other minor details will be of no concern to an independent mind. This often makes them extremely creative and fascinating individuals, which is probably what attracts you to them in the first place. By imposing dams, as little as they may be, you could very well suffocate the qualities that make this person desirable to you. (That is, if you don't manage to scare them off first.)

Keep this in mind as you implement the following steps.

Leave the door open — literally and figuratively. You don't have to come right out and say it, but be sure to make it clear that your free spirit is free to come and go as (s)he pleases. This will build your free spirit's trust.

Don’t establish boundaries by laying down rules. Restrictions are like chains, and will send this wild horse running for the horizon. Instead of saying, "Don't ever cheat on me," ask, "Would you really risk losing an awesome person like me just to get a little extra on the side?" Get your priorities straight. What do you want most out of the relationship? Commitment? Respect? Honesty? Affection? Companionship? Passion? Security? Stability? Can you narrow it down to two or three? A free spirit will not go out of their way to meet your every need. (It may happen later, but only once there is complete trust.) Set realistic goals by asking for the things you want most out of a relationship — and expecting nothing else.

Many things can scare a free spirit out of a relationship. Some can be what you might consider inconsequential little quirks. Many of them may not be your fault. Just hang in there. If something is happening in your free spirits life that has to do with you, and if it's making their life a little more difficult, don't give up. They may back off for a while, even threaten breaking up. Don't try to convince them not to, but don't go along with it either. If they try to break up, just tell them you don't want to. Say how good you guys are together. If they end up breaking up with you, refrain from moving on right away. This might hurt, but they could change their mind. Quickly.

Get to know the person inside-out. Study their tendencies, their quirks, their deepest desires, and their worst fears. Always be accepting and open-minded. Knowledge is power; the better you know this person, the less you'll feel the need to control them. With time, moreover, this will make you seem like the only person who really gets it (and, by extension, the only person they can be their uninhibited self around). To a free spirit, this is the jackpot.

HAPPY MONDAY selfcare day x

hey all

I hope your well and you had a great weekend !

so had my hair redone and coloured my eye brows waxed feels so much better and my eye lashes done soon ! so i have booked into have my hair a complete different color and longer in length ! so i will leave it until then to show you it will be the end of July for the summer i cant wait for a new look ! plus I'm loving the gym and getting fit again seems to be working and results showing !

New look new me ! love it !x

Hey all happy Saturday

Been such a wonderful day x house cleaned fresh flowers all clean again love a clean house ! Clean house clean mind !
Starting to get my garden sorted too my green house in shape and plants potted and planted ! Solar lights to the ready can’t wait to get in my garden in the hot tub in summer nice meals outdoors and barbecues can’t beat it love the summer !!!

Had a fresh set of nails lava red and my toes to match gotta love a matching colour !

Had so many cuddle’s with my doggies and even managed to cook too which I love to do !

So back on cam tomorrow all day and meets too
